Finland-United States Investigation of NIDDM Genetics (FUSION) is an international collaboration between investigators across five institutions that seek to map and identify genetic variants that predispose to type 2 diabetes or affect variability in diabetes-related traits.

FUSION group meets yearly in Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan, to share and discuss developments as well as plan future goals.
